- Standard Ground Courier (Walk-Behind, Battery & Attachments): Shipped directly via FedEx Parcel, UPS, or DHL Ground service right to your doorstep without signature requirements.
Estimated Delivery Times & Processing Schedule
We work diligently to process and dispatch all orders promptly:
- Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days for warehouse inspection, serial registration, and crate securing.
- Standard Ground Delivery: 3 to 5 business days transit time depending on your state location.

Delivery Day Inspection & Freight Receiving Checklist
Please follow these simple receiving instructions when your freight shipment arrives:
- Be Present at Delivery: An adult must be present at the delivery site to sign for freight items.
- Inspect Outer Packaging: Inspect the outer crate and box for any obvious signs of transit damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Note Any Damage on BOL: If you notice crushed cardboard, broken wooden pallets, or deep scratches, clearly write "DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT" on the driver's paperwork before signing.
- Unpack & Test: Unpack your machine and contact our support team within 48 hours if any concealed transport damage is discovered.
